Working through BC OnLine, econveyance™ provides electronic production and delivery of property transfer data between all participants. Lawyers and notaries are our primary revenue sources but the benefits extend to all parties participating in the conveyance process, including real estate agents.

Looks like the econveyance people have updated their web site... seems that a lot has happened to the company since this post. I just did a search and they have a blog also!
